Saw today that the Baby Flames will start calling Calgary home. That is good ducking news.

As for the Flames, the top line needs to show that the regular season was no fluke. Show up to play and leave no regrets.

Our whole D line had missed assignments, McDavid coming from behind and stripping Hanifin of the puck was a poor effort on Noah’s part. The whole team defence giving up odd man rushes has to stop, unless they figure this out it will be a short series.
Positive note though is it’s 2-1 and you have to win 4 to move on, Ranger fans excited that their back in it at 2-1. Flame fans need to take a deep breath and believe this season wasn’t a fluke. This boa is far from over.

Flames need to go back to their game. Flames need to hit and finish checks, that is our identity as a team. We need to play offence so McDavid doesn't have the puck on the stick as much. We are too worried to defend McDavid that we are forgetting our game and foundation. If we play our game and we are solid in the O zone... McDavid won't have the puck as much and that takes care of the defending part. Sutter will figure this out. Go Flames Go

Lucic pretty much said it in his interview. If you hope to outskill and outscore them well good luck with that. If the Flames want to have a chance they need to bring a much more physical game.
